We have just stayed in The Shard for 3 nights. It was a truly beautiful time - from the moment we walked into the ground floor and went 35 floors up in the lift to reception. We had a lovely booking in experience with Daniel and we sat in the reception area waiting for our room to be ready. We were offered a suite with a South View but we wanted to have a view of the city and we were not disappointed. We had a 200 degree view and loved watching the sunset and sunrise. All the staff were so pleasant and could not do enough to make our stay totally memorable. We enjoyed it that much we have booked four nights in April to celebrate our anniversary. So thank you so much - and look forward to our return and thank you Daniel, James and Audrey on reception and guest services for making my husband birthday so delightful.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike - except leaving!! Cannot wait until April
